1- Terms and Conditions:
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Swag and you as the end user of the Swag website. Changes in the law or in Swag's business may necessitate modifications to these terms from time to time (“Revised Terms”). Therefore, Swag encourages you to review the Terms periodically for any such changes. It is your responsibility to read, understand, and accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy of the site (“Privacy Policy”) each time you use the site. Your continued use of the site signifies your agreement to comply with the latest Terms. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms, do not use this site.

Swag is not obligated to (1) keep any User Content confidential; (2) pay you any compensation for any User Content; or (3) respond to any User Content.

Any invalid provisions of these Terms do not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, and you agree, as do we, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jeddah.
5- Pricing and Payment:
Services must include: (1) providing you with a website to purchase any products; (2) engaging a logistics company experienced in the collection and transportation of purchased products (“Logistics Service Provider”); and (3) offering customer support from Style, allowing you to contact Style with any inquiries regarding the products you purchased.
You agree to pay the full amount due for the product as indicated during the ordering process, including any shipping costs or fees incurred with this order. All prices are displayed in the local currency of the country you selected.
There may be transmission errors leading to interruptions in the purchase process, and you agree to cooperate with Swag to resolve these issues. You agree that Swag has full discretion to make appropriate decisions in such cases.
You understand that by using this site or any services provided on the website, you may encounter content that some may find offensive, inappropriate, or undesirable. Any content identified or not identified as such is subject to your own responsibility. Swag and its affiliates will not be liable to you for any content that may be deemed offensive, inappropriate, or undesirable.
6- Use:
If you have purchased clothing or similar products, we ask that you try on these items in terms of size and fit without removing the protective tape, only to ensure that you will keep them. Returns will not be accepted if the tape has been removed or if the items are soiled, and they will be sent back to you.
If you have purchased sensitive or color-decorated products, we ask that you try these items for size and fit to maintain their quality. Returns will not be accepted if the clothing is damaged or soiled, and they will be sent back to you.
Swag has made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the site; however, due to differences in computer screens, Swag cannot guarantee the accuracy of screen color representation.
