Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within Saudi Arabia:
Delivery takes between 3 to 8 days from the date the order is handed over to the delivery company.
Shipping outside Saudi Arabia:
Payment Methods: Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard).
Delivery Time: From 7 to 10 days from the date the order is handed over to the delivery company.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
All shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The value of any exemptions from duties is determined by local authorities.
If you refuse to accept your order: Customs duties paid by the shipping company on your behalf cannot be refunded, so we will have to deduct them from the amount refunded to you.
Shipping and Delivery Fees:
Shipping fees depend on the products you order and will be shown to you during the checkout process.
Orders within Riyadh and Jeddah will be delivered within 3 working days. Orders to other major cities will be delivered within 5 working days. Delivery may take slightly longer for non-major cities.

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment? The delivery schedule depends on the product and the time of the order. Please visit the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in the confirmation email to check the shipment status.
What happens if I miss the delivery? If you are not home, our delivery partner will contact you by phone to arrange another delivery time. You can also contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at 920003709 or through customer service at 920003709 extension (600) to reschedule a convenient delivery time.
I paid a delivery fee of 20 and was charged an additional 39 SAR. These amounts are for separate charges: our standard shipping fee is 20 SAR, while the cash on delivery fee is an additional 19 SAR. If you choose to pay in cash, you will need to pay an additional 19 along with the shipping fee. You can avoid the cash on delivery fee by paying with a credit card or Apple Pay.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouses? No, but you can pick up your order from our delivery partner's office if you prefer. Just ask them to hold the order at their office when they contact you before delivery.
