Return and Exchange Terms:

Swag Store provides an easy return and exchange service and policy according to the following conditions:-

1- Products can be returned for any reason within 3 days from the date the customer receives the order

2- Products can be exchanged for any reason within 5 days from the date the customer receives the order except during the offers, the exchange is canceled and only a return is made

3- The products must be in their original condition in which they arrived and unused. It must also contain its own stickers and original packaging sent in it

(You can try it, but be very careful to maintain its original condition)

4 - Partial replacement of products is not accepted during the period of offers and discounts, but the full return of the order is accepted if it agrees to the return policy

5 - In the event that the offers are Buy one and get the second for free.. The highest-priced products will be calculated from the products purchased by the customer

Return cost and Replacement:-

The customer bears the shipping cost of 40 riyals and these amounts are deducted from the customer's refund value,

Except in the following cases:-

Manufacturing defects.

Problems in receiving and delivering operations.

Arrival of a wrong product.

Important s:-

In the event of an error by the store in one of the products, such as receiving a product different from the order, the customer will be compensated and his problem will be solved as soon as possible, on two conditions:

- A request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

- A clear video and photo of the defective product is provided to us to submit to the store management and approve the compensation.

Note:-

The store has the right to cancel the order and return the full amount paid by the customer in the event that a product is not available or in the event of a technical problem.

Refund:-

1- If you paid in advance (by debit/credit cards or Apple Pay): The amount will be transferred. The transfer takes 14-21 business days.

2- If payment is made upon receipt, the transfer may take 14-21 business days. The order value will be refunded via bank transfer according to the customer's desire.

3- If you choose to pay via Tabby or Tamara installments: The value of the remaining installments will be adjusted if the value of the return is less than the value of the remaining installments. However, if the value of the return is higher than the value of the remaining installments, the difference in amount will be transferred to the same payment card via Tamara within 10 business days.

3- You will receive confirmation messages including the return details. The shipping company will make three attempts to deliver the products to be returned. If they are not received successfully during those attempts, the return policy will expire and the return cannot be received after that.
